The energy centres of the chakras are each a Universe unto themselves as well as an overlapping energetic geography of a Human Being. An upgrade for one individual is very unique from one session to their next if at some future time further healing prescribes it.

Issues from under energy to over energy to cording to generic malaise and neglect often go unnoticed and as being simply the default setting for which lack of vibrancy, lack of energy, lack of harmony, and a good dash of unconsciousness, or physical ailments are all symptomatic. Therefore, an upgrade may conjure a sense of having had a refreshing holiday and a sense of being and feeling revived, or it can be much more discriminate and specific in what had been cleaned up, healed, and removed as in a form of psychic surgery.

Whatever the case, every aspect has had its place in being of service until it is no longer of service. This way the energies are honoured and transmuted so that they can themselves be alchemised in many cases. After a session one may feel calm and serenity, reignited after energy drains, more coherent and lucid, back to their own self (that being energy of others is at play etc), enlightened, happier, more vivid and alive, even if at first slumber is pursued immediately post the session.
