“Anew. Literally, I feel like a new Spirit within a new Body. My energy is totally clear. The healing with Cat was more than energetic, though. It literally feels like I’ve done a month juice cleanse. I felt the claws of those that had controlled me for a while now totally let go. I feel spiritually cleansed and aware. Not only did she work on the now, but she brought into play the dynamic of my past life issues, which I felt fully aware of in that moment. Tears wept.
